2. Services and Payment Structure
At Webizboot Solution PVT LTD, we typically follow a milestone-based payment structure:
- Initial deposit (30% of the total project cost) before work commences
- Progress payment (40% of the total project cost) upon completion of design and development milestones
- Final payment (30% of the total project cost) upon project completion and before website launch
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Project Cancellation by Client
- If the project is cancelled before work begins, 80% of the initial deposit will be refunded.
- If the project is cancelled after work has begun but before milestone completion, a refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- If the project is cancelled after a milestone has been completed and approved, no refund will be issued for that milestone payment.
3.2 Project Cancellation by Webizboot Solution
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services for any reason, a full refund will be issued for any work not completed.
- If we fail to meet the agreed-upon project specifications despite reasonable opportunity to correct issues, a partial refund may be issued as determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain name registration
- SSL certificate purchases
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client
- Service fees paid to external vendors or contractors
5. Refund Process

- All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
