2. Services and Payment Structure

At Webizboot Solution PVT LTD, we typically follow a milestone-based payment structure:

• Initial deposit (30% of the total project cost) before work commences
• Progress payment (40% of the total project cost) upon completion of design and development milestones
• Final payment (30% of the total project cost) upon project completion and before website launch

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Project Cancellation by Client

• If the project is cancelled before work begins, 80% of the initial deposit will be refunded.
• If the project is cancelled after work has begun but before milestone completion, a refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 15% administrative fee.
• If the project is cancelled after a milestone has been completed and approved, no refund will be issued for that milestone payment.

3.2 Project Cancellation by Webizboot Solution

• If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services for any reason, a full refund will be issued for any work not completed.
• If we fail to meet the agreed-upon project specifications despite reasonable opportunity to correct issues, a partial refund may be issued as determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain name registration
• SSL certificate purchases
• Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client
• Service fees paid to external vendors or contractors

3. All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
